GAIA SPEAKS SERIES ~ AUDIO RECORDING
These are approximately 60 minute live audio recordings of channelled meditations and teachings given by Ocha in the Lotus Temple, Byron Bay, Australia. You receive transmissions of love, light and creation from the realms of Earth for your manifestation and abundance in life. With ancient tones and mantras, guided journeys and assistance from the Angels, Archangels, Enlightened Ancestral Ones and the Ascended Masters, you will emerge expanded, clear, peaceful, grounded and honouring of self.

How to Receive the Most from these Meditations
These are powerful meditations, so to prepare yourself, sit in your own space if you can, light a candle and ensure that you will be comfortable for one hour. Close your eyes and breathe gently for a few minutes to centre your energies, and call to your higher self or your divine presence, and your guardian angel, and any other of your spiritual guides to be with you, (if you feel to do this).
Then when you are ready, play the audio recording. Ocha will guide you through an amazing journey, at the end of which you will feel as though you have been in another world. Although this is a recording, the divine energies transmitted live to the group at the time are still transmitted to you through the audio, so remember to keep breathing, and to take deeper breaths during times when you may feel emotions or thoughts arise within you. The breath moves these through your being as energy to allow you to continue to receive the frequencies and benefits of the meditation with grace and ease.
For the most graceful integration of your energies, rest for 10 – 30 minutes after, and you may also journal your experiences to ground more fully the gifts that you received.

Angel Heart of Earth
Receive transmissions of pure love to replenish your heart from the great symphonies of angels who reside deep within the Angel Heart Temple of the Earth. Ocha guides you to ground your energy and to travel through the love pathways of the Earth. Receiving love from this temple, even that part of you that is closed to love, opens you to loving yourself more, and loving self creates you to attract more love into your life. Love is infinite, it is everywhere, and when you can access this, you are supported to flourish and grow. The journey is oversouled by Sananda, the Elohim and Eloha and Mother Gaia’s guardian portal keepers.

Receiving Your Inner Guidance
Connecting our whole being into the Earth supports us to receive our inner guidance for our life from deep within our heart, giving us confidence in our decision making. Ocha guides you through the sacred sites of Wollumbin, Uluru and the Himalayas of Tibet to activate, energise and ground your chakras (energy centres) and bring peace to your whole being. Your mind, body and emotions are stabilised and harmonised with your heart so that you are able to receive guidance, a gift, or an insight, from your spirit that brings new energy and inspiration to you. Mother Gaia, her emissaries and the keepers of the Buddhic consciousness guide this meditation.

Meeting the Ancestral Masters and the Whales
The Earth, and your earthly self, is a reflection of the celestial realms, yet it is more, for it is a place of co-creation with spirit. Earth’s great systems of love, light and creation, the temples within her body and the master presences who preside over these are introduced to you, and some of these masters speak to you of their roles. You will travel to Middle Earth to the Ancestral Master Council temple and receive many gifts to energise your physical body and to hear a message for what you can do that is in the highest for the whales here at this time. The Christ presides over this ceremony of sacred connection.
